To provide the house for all homeless people in Madhya Pradesh, the government will provide fully equipped houses at the Rs 2 lakh under PM Awas Yojana. In the house, all modern facilities will be available.

DDA to be Build One Lakh Flats in next Five Years

DDA is going to build one lakh flats in next five years. DDA will build 20,000 flats each year.On the occasion of the launch of the existing housing scheme, former Union minister Venkaiah Naidu had announced that by 2022, DDA would complete  20000 flats every year. A meeting was held in the DDA last week about preparations for this. Jaya Prakash Agarwal, Principal Secretary, Land and Housing, DDA said that we will get one lakh new homes available to the people by 2022.

Banks don't agree to Finance Registration Fee for DDA Housing Scheme

Banks do not agree to finance registration fees for the DDA new housing scheme 2017.The housing authority held meeting with the concerned banks for the solution of the issue but they did not reach a solution. In the new housing scheme over 12,000 houses are available in the different income group categories. Only 60,000 forms have been sold in the 26 days since the scheme was launched on June 30. The last date is August 11 to submit the application form. While only 5,000 of application form is received by the DDA.

Door to Door Survey Started in Haryana to Identify Poor People for PM Awas Yojana

In the first phase, applications of beneficiaries were taken from June 1 to July 15, according to the ward. In the second phase, a Door-to-Door survey was conducted by July 25. Now the government has extended the duration of Door to Door survey by 10th August. Those people who did not apply for PM Awas Yojana yet, Apply now.

730 More People to be addded in Pilibhit district in UP Under PMAY Says Meneka

Meneka Gandhi, Union Minister for Women and Child Development and MP from Pilibhit has written to the chief development officer (CDO) to include 730 homeless poor people in the list of those eligible for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) from 30 villages. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is a housing scheme for the poor people.

New Pension Scheme will benefit Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti Employee

Now, the central government New Pension Scheme has been applicable for the regular employee of the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS). The Pension Scheme is introduced by the Central government recently. The benefits of the contributory provident fund (CPF) scheme has been given to the employees of the NVS since its establishment.

DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017 – Now Get Loan for Registration

DDA Housing Scheme 2017 – The Delhi Development Authority has become active after seeing the DDA Housing Scheme 2017 flop after the DDA Housing Scheme 2014. Soon the facility of loan for the registration amount will be started. In this regard, DDA has also met with the authorized banks. It is expected that the banks will start the loan facility for the registration amount within one or two days.

Only 5000 Forms Have Been Submitted
After 25 days, only 50,000 forms have been sold for the DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017 under which 12,072 residential flats were offered for sale. Out of these application forms, only about 5000 forms have been submitted till now. While DDA has printed about 5 lakh forms. The last date of submitting the application forms is 11 August. In this case, selling out of about 4.5 lakh forms in left 18 days is impossible.

PMAY – Govt Approved 30,000 Houses On Private Land

PM Awas Yojana  – MHUPA (Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs) has provided approval to construct 30,000 affordable housing units for urban poor on private land at Sholapur, Maharashtra, under the Central Government’s ambitious scheme Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban). Besides this, the Central Government has also sanctioned an assistance of Rs 450 crore for this project.

After several detailed discussions between Durga Shanker Mishra (Secretary Housing & Urban Affairs) chaired an inter-ministerial Central Sanctioning and Monitoring Committee  (CSMC) and Maharashtra Government’s officials, chaired the CSMC has given the approval for first of its kind affordable housing project on private land under PM Awas Yojana (Urban).

PMAY Rajasthan – Rajasthan Govt to Build 17 Lakh Houses

PM Awas Yojana Rajasthan – The Rajasthan Government led by the Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje is considering for the construction of about 17 lakh affordable housing units in Rajasthan under the Central Government’s ambitious scheme Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). The Panchayati Raj and Rural Development Minister Rajendra Rathore informed that about 8.7 lakh affordable housing units have been constructed.
Details of PM Awas Yojana Rajasthan
He said that the construction work of 1.6 lakh affordable housing units is expected to be completed by upcoming 3 to 4 months. He further informed that these housing units will be constructed at an expense of Rs 1,561 crores. He said that the Central Government’s share is Rs 937 crores for PM Awas Yojana Rajasthan.
